It was clean with excellant and decent stuff at check-out. The location was unbeatable for traveling around Hannover, very close to Langenhagen as well as Hannover in March and April.

Location of the hotel is top. The subway is right in front of the door. Nevertheless, You need 5 min to Langenhagen center and about 15 min to the main station. We paid 15 Euro for breakfast. But this was worth it. At the buffet there was a lot of choice and it was really tasty. There is something for everyone. Also the equipment in the room is completely sufficient.
In the first moment the hotel made a good impression. The rooms are very angled and not everywhere is an elevator. It was a bit tiring with the suitcase. Looking closer I wanted to leave again. The rooms smelled musty and it weren't clean. The toilet seat was still covered with urine and the towel was full of hair. When you opened the window, the dust flakes came towards you (ROOF WINDOW). The breakfast was top, but the staff could not really enjoy it. Breakfast is offered to guests until 10am and after that the tables are reserved for guests from outside. At 9.30 am the staff comes and constantly mentions that the tables are reserved and at 9.45 am, they say "now the table has to be free#. Why do they offer breakfast until 10, if you are not allowed to eat until 10. One felt very stressed and unwanted. It was also the first time that I had experienced that there was nothing to eat on the weekend. The internal restaurant does not prepare lunch or dinner over the weekend. When asked, the employee said 4 to 5 minutes from here are restaurants. That was a very good description because as a tourist you know your way around. One has not even been told a name. When we found the restaurants, it turned out that they are open only in the evening. In summary: The hotel has potential if the staff will change or if they are trained how to deal with guests and what is meant by cleanliness.

I had a braw time—room was pure clean and comfy, with a cracking breakfast spread that had everything from fresh pastries to loads of organic options. Just wish they'd sort out the lack of toiletries, though. A wee bit disappointing!

The staff is quite good. Particularly Mrs Angela always willing to help and make guests at ease. Excellent restaurant with very good value for money.
Although I've been told that internet at floor level was good, at 5th floor was extremely poor and slow. To many stairways. No lobby room. Accessibility for handicap people is quite limitated.

Great hotel and excellent servie. Would stop there again. Easy to get to and no stress once we'd arrived. The hotel food was excellent.
Bit noisy with the trams going past as we had a front bedroom on our second visit. But on our first visit which was the back of the hotel it was so much quieter.

Great breakfast, mixed experience overall
The breakfast offered a vast array of options, and I enjoyed the delicious, high-quality ingredients. The location was convenient for exploring Hannover, and the tram just across the street made transport simple.
Unfortunately, the staff's attitude was quite off-putting. The reception lacked warmth and did not inform us about the restaurant's closure or other amenities we were looking for. The room itself was chilly, and soundproofing could definitely improve.

Unable to comment on food as had to leave very early, but this did not cause a problem as the door was open. The restaurant appeared popular as we called in for an evening drink, service was excellent and very polite. The staff warned us about hazards as it was in the process of being renovated. The staff spoke English. Would definitely stay here again.
There was limited parking. fortunately we were able to park in such a position which enabled us to leave without a problem.
